The focus and clarity of your photo enabled me to identify the kingfishers shown on an old Nigerian one-shilling stamp (1960's).The blue breast, red feet and black as well as blue tailfeathers in the artwork used on that stamp distinguishs them as the Blue-breasted Kingfisher
