Range / Habitat: Summers in western US, throughout Canada and into Alaska. Winters in the southern US and into Mexico.
Field Notes: Medium-sized thrush with brown / grey back and reddish tail. Black spots on chest. Thin white eye ring. Swainson's Thrush quite similar but lacks the contrasting tail.
