Range / Habitat: Summers in open / grassy areas throughout the northern half of the US and into Canada. Winters in the southern US and into Mexico.
Field Notes: Sparrow with streaked breast and prominent eye-ring. White lateral throat stripe and pale center of auriculars bordered by dark. Savannah Sparrow has yellow eyebrow. Song Sparrow has dark central breast spot and more prominent streaking on face.
